About

Built by people who have lived church administration.

Congregation Portal is church management and integrated giving software shaped by over 100 years of combined church leadership experience. The goal is not to add more software complexity, it is to give church leaders a simpler, more dependable way to manage essential information.

Simplicity

Our mission

We help small and midsize churches spend less time managing software and more time caring for their people. Congregation Portal exists to give church leaders one calm, dependable place to organize people, households, groups, attendance, and giving, so the administrative work stops getting in the way of the ministry it is meant to support.

  • Serve small and midsize churches first, not megachurch staffs.
  • Treat church records as relationships, not as marketing contacts.
  • Keep the platform usable for volunteer leaders, not just full time administrators.

Trust

What guides the product

Enterprise grade security

Member and giving data sit behind role based permissions, least privilege defaults, and encrypted storage. Administrative access is narrowed to the small group of people who actually need it, audit history is preserved, and we describe what the platform protects in plain language rather than marketing acronyms.

Plain pricing

Pricing is shaped for small and midsize church budgets: one predictable monthly cost, every core module included, and no per seat surcharge as your volunteer team grows. Giving processing fees are quoted in plain numbers so your treasurer can model the budget on the first conversation.

Durable data ownership

Your records belong to your church. Exports are first class, not an afterthought, so you are never locked in.

Accessible defaults

The website and the product target WCAG 2.2 AA, including keyboard navigation, semantic structure, and respect for reduced motion preferences.

Responsibility

How we think about responsibility

Congregation Portal handles member data and financial information with thoughtful permissions, careful data handling, and honest communication about what the platform does and does not do today. We do not promise certifications or capabilities we have not delivered, and we describe new ones in plain language only after they ship. Member information stays inside role appropriate views, so volunteer leaders see what they need for their ministry and nothing more. Giving information is held to a stricter standard, with administrative access narrowed to the small group of people who actually reconcile and report on it. We keep the product deliberately simple so a volunteer treasurer, a part time administrator, or a new staff member can actually run it without a training program, because a tool a church team cannot operate confidently is not a responsible tool to deploy.
