Congregation Portal handles member data and financial information with thoughtful permissions, careful data handling, and honest communication. Member information stays inside role appropriate views, so volunteer leaders see what they need and designated leaders have admin access. We keep the product deliberately intuitive so a volunteer treasurer, a part time administrator, or a new staff member can actually run it without a training program, because a tool a church team cannot operate confidently is not a responsible tool to deploy.
