Feature
Connected records, not parallel databases.
Congregation Portal stores people, households, groups, attendance, and giving against one shared record so every report, every roster, and every donor history starts from the same source of truth.

What does connected records mean in practice?
It means the person record a group leader updates today is the same record finance sees on the giving report tomorrow and the staff sees in the attendance trend next week. There is one record per person and one record per household. Nothing has to be matched, exported, or reconciled across tools.
What connected records change
Fewer reconciliations
Reports pull from one record rather than matching exports from two systems.
Trustworthy rosters
Leaders and staff see the same current list because there is only one list.
Giving in context
Donor history attaches to the same person record the rest of the team already maintains.
